useSignal plugin terms

Effective October 2, 2026. These terms apply to the useSignal MCP plugin and developer workbench operated by Sanket Naik (useSignal).

Using the service

The plugin provides developer utilities for forms, colors, and regular expressions. You may use the results in personal or commercial projects, subject to any rights in the material you supply. You remain responsible for reviewing, testing, and integrating generated output.

Your inputs and output

You retain your rights in your inputs. You authorize useSignal to process them to provide the requested utility result. useSignal does not claim ownership of your generated output. Do not submit data you lack permission to use, credentials, or sensitive personal information.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with other users, attempt to bypass execution or request limits, or attack hosting infrastructure. Input validation and rate limits may reject requests. The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued.

Technical limitations

HTML exports are scaffolds rather than a submission backend. React exports require your own integration. Color contrast measurements cover specified text pairs rather than full accessibility compliance. Regex results use JavaScript syntax and bounded execution. Results can contain errors and should be checked before use.

Availability and responsibility

The utilities are currently provided without a useSignal usage fee. AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT, and other providers, may have their own fees and terms. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. useSignal is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on unverified output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Privacy and external services

Use is subject to the plugin privacy policy. AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT, and hosting providers, have their own terms and policies. The plugin does not create a useSignal account, accept payments, or act on private third-party accounts.

Changes and contact

Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions or issues can be sent to 1100sanket@gmail.com. You can stop using and disconnect the plugin at any time.
