1 Leave Microphone and Screen audio switched on.
2 Press Choose what to record. In the picker, tick Share tab audio or Share system audio.
3 Talk and click through as normal, then press Stop and download.

Screen audio questions
Why is there no sound from my screen?
The Share audio box in the picker was not ticked, or the browser cannot capture it. Chrome and Edge always share a tab's sound, and whole-system sound where the operating system allows it (such as Windows); Firefox and Safari do not share screen sound.
Can I record only my voice?
Yes. Turn off Screen audio and leave Microphone on.
Can I record only the screen sound, without my voice?
Yes. Turn off Microphone and leave Screen audio on.
